Our 4 bedroom home is thoughtfully designed and stocked with vacation rental guests in mind. – The entire house is exclusively yours. – You can access the garage for the washer and dryer. However, garage is currently inaccessible to cars. Parking is on the driveway.

>>> IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT OUR POOL<<< Pool can be HEATED with prior arrangements. HEATED POOL is $25/day. Pool heater is control remotely by host. There is a locked code on the control panel itself. Please do not try to control it yourself. It is $200 to get the pool tech out to reset and this will get billed to the responsible guests. Also understanding that pool needs at least a good 24 hours to heat, so prior arrangement is super important especially for those short stays. When the temperature drops below 45, the pool heater will struggle to keep the pool heated. Please bear with the weather and the pool will get back out to temp asap! ======================================================= – Clean your own grill – no Parties or Events – Cameras and ring doorbell are around the outside of the property – Quiet hours are 10 Pm to 8 Am in compliance to the Melbourne city ordinance. No loud music, voices, and sounds should be kept low to not disturb our neighbors – This house is not Childproof so please supervise your children. – Please understand that Florida has bugs, insects, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, etc…so do not leave doors/sliders/windows open. We do not give refunds to bugs, insects, and animals found in or outside the home. We do have a monthly pest service with Terminix in place.
