*** LIVING ROOM *** – 65in Samsung Smart TV – Plenty of board games to enjoy with family and friends – Comfy sectional that can turn into a bed ***KITCHEN & DINING*** – Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. – Spacious countertop with an island – Open concept space with a dining table that could seat up to 10. Extra leaf extensions and chairs are being stored in our pantry. – Air-fryer, toaster, coffee maker, hot water kettle, dishware, cups and wine glasses, silverware, pots, and pans ***SLEEP ARRANGEMENTS*** – Master Bedroom: King size bed, luxurious ensuite master bathroom, a dedicated workspace with an innovative standing desk. + nightstands and 2 lights with USB charger – Bedroom 2: King size bed + nightstands and 2 lights with USB charger – Bedroom 3: Queen size bed + nightstands and 2 lights with USB charger – Bedroom 4: Queen size bed – Sectional sofa can be arranged into a full-size bed as well ***BATHROOMS*** – The house has 2 bathrooms. The ensuite bathroom has a standing shower, and double sink vanity with a large walk-in closet and the guest bathroom has a bathtub. Both are stocked with fresh towels, essential toiletries for your stay, a hairdryer, and first aid kits are included. ***OUTDOOR AREA*** – Covered Lanai with inground POOL (non-heated) – Outdoor dining set (sits 6) – Kids magnet dartboard – A storage box with beach toys, an air pump, and floaties. – 2 zero gravity lounge chairs – Charcoal grill (Charcoal is not provided) *** We provide a starter pack of supplies for items such as toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, etc to get you started. Starter supplies are not unlimited supplies, be prepared to make a trip to the store if more is needed. Walmart is a 5-minute drive. Costco is about a 10 mins drive.Guest access

Other things to note
– Pool is not heated – no Parties or Events – Cameras are around the outside of the property for security and liability reasons. – Quiet hours are 10 Pm to 8 Am in compliance with the Melbourn city ordinance. No loud music, voices, and sounds should be kept low to not disturb our neighbors – This house is not Childproof so please supervise your children. – Please understand that Florida has bugs, insects, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, etc…so do not leave doors/sliders/windows open. We do not give refunds to bugs, insects, and animals found in or outside the home. We do have a monthly pest service with Terminix in place. – Clean your own grill. Charcoal is not provided.
