In Fact, we tested the kitchen by making a whole Thanksgiving Dinner here! >> Denver’s tap water is known to be the best! BUT, we also have a REVERSE OSMOSIS system to even improve the water quality some more. This is convenient, as you don’t need to get heavy cases of water. Glass bottles are provided so you can fill them up and store them in fridge. >>Dine in the well-lit dining area with a view of the yard that has a hot tub and a firepit. >> Outside, take in the large yard. Chill out by the firepit to roast some s’mores in our backyard. Grill your favorites on the Charcoal grill, and soak in our 6 persons hot tub. >> After a day of enjoying all the attractions the area has to offer, AND what the house has to offer; you can choose from the three comfortable bedrooms that are all KING BEDS. 2 bedrooms in the main level and 1 bedroom in the lower level. Each room are thoughtfully design to make it not only comfortable but are esthetically pleasant to the eyes. >> If you are working remotely, the main bedroom has a designated area as your work station. >>Refresh and rejuvenate in the full bathroom with tub/shower combo upstairs. A Stand-in shower in the lower level. >> You’ll love the convenience of the washer-dryer. **** *** We provide a starter pack of supplies for items such as Coffee, Keurig Pods, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, etc to get you started. Starter supplies are not unlimited supplies, be prepared to make a trip to the store if more is needed. ***** ****

Guest access

– No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with digital keypad lock. Guests have full access to all rooms in the house. Garage available for storage, but guests are asked not to park vehicles in garage. Parking is available on a single car driveway. If more spaces needed, street parking is available.

Other things to note

– *VERY IMPORTANT Hot Tub* make sure you do not get mud or anything in the water! Please rinse off before entering. HOT TUB is not the same as a Jacuzzi bathtub, NO OILS and NO BUBBLE BATH. If Such incident were to happen, and extra maintenance need to be done, this will get bill to you. We take pictures of the hot tub before and after each party. (We have Weekly hot tub maintenance to test and balance the water) – Please Clean your own grill, our cleaners are not responsible to clean the grill. – no Parties or Events – Cameras and ring doorbell are around the outside of the property – Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. No loud music, voices, and sounds should be kept low to not disturb our neighbors – This house is not Childproof so please supervise your children. – Please understand that just by nature there are bugs, insects, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, etc…so do not leave doors/sliders/windows open. We do not give refunds to bugs, insects, and animals found in or outside the home. We do have a monthly pest service with Terminix in place. – We Do not provide charcoal or woods for the firepit. Sometimes there might be left over from previous guests, but getting your own is expected. – While we welcome pets in our home, it is important to us that our property remains clean and comfortable for all of our guests. Therefore, we kindly ask that you clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors (especially picking pet droppings in the yard) If we find evidence that your pet has made a mess and it was not properly cleaned up, we will unfortunately have to charge an additional cleaning fee. Please try to avoid taking your pets downstairs where the flooring is carpet. Lastly, please keep your pets off the furniture. By helping us, you are also helping future pets to a free stay at our property. Regular cleaning fee does not cover cleaning for your pets.
